“Vince you want to walk me out? You okay with all this?” I ask.

“Yeah, it just is taking a minute for it to sink in.” We get to my car, and I hand him a folder with all the paperwork we should need.

“You own the bar, so you need to sign off on most of this. There is a spot where you need to fill in the money part, and we can wait and do that after Boone gives us the proposal. Just so you know Vince, there will be a stipulation clause on the finish time. I am set to have this done by the Fourth of July, even if it means we have to bring in outside help.” I look at my brother. “I will explain that to Boone tomorrow or we can put my attorney on speaker phone to explain everything to him. I will have her draw up an informal contract this evening and have it ready to be faxed over in the morning.” I tell him as I get in my car and dig a cigarette out of my console.

“There’s a fine line between business and friendship, Vince. I have other names of people outside of this community, I just want this to go smoothly, and no one's toes to be stepped on or feelings hurt.

I am not trying to be boss bitch or controlling, but this is a good chunk of change I’m getting ready to shell out. I want to shell it out, but I won’t have any bullshit excuses or people's feelings being hurt. I love you brother and if you have any questions or reservations call me or stop by the house.” Vince shakes his head in agreement closes my door for me
