In the rigid lattice (Q l  = 0), when the electron-electron interaction is absent (U = 0), one-electron eigenstates are one a 1 state and three t 2 states. If we allow the lattice to deform (Q l  ≠ 0) and the electron-electron interaction is switched on (U ≠ 0), eigenstates of n electrons become complicated, and structural changes may take place lowering the symmetry. The stable structures for n (=0 ~ 8) electrons and each spin state are comprehensively studied by El-Maghraby et al. [24] and Takahashi et al. [25]. The stable structures are found to depend on the relative strength among T, U, and S. Some of the results are as follows:
