Implanting higher knowledge came first through genetic breeding, which I believe the masters of space could have begun around 300,000 b.c. during a civilization on the earliest continent of Gondwanaland, which predates Lemuria, in what is called the “Wise Female” epoch.5

Gondwanaland was a continent on the southwestern coast of Africa where, some two or three hundred thousand years ago, a space-traveling Elder race from Sirius (the brightest star in the sky in the southern constellation Canis Major) began the biogenetic engineering of the Homo sapiens species to jump-start human evolution. (It is my understanding that these advanced civilizations had originally migrated from the central location of Lyra in the direction of the Pleiades.) The Sumerian reports explain that these races were created to mine gold.
