Chapter Fifteen

Boss

I looked at my cell phone and wanted to throw that motherfucka across the room and break it into a million pieces. Lil’ Al had already called me while the drama with Toshi and Neicy was going down. I tried to make it on the block, but I was too far away. Luckily, niggas broke it up from what I understand.

Now, both Neicy and Toshi were taking turns blowing up my phone and I sent both of their asses to the voicemail. I hadn’t had luck this bad with a woman, ever. It was already chaotic with Neicy and I haven’t even smelled the pussy yet. This must have been a sign to run as far away as possible. However, my Curious George ass couldn’t do that.

I allowed Toshi’s call to go straight to voicemail before cutting my phone off completely. I didn’t have any words for her. I told her about coming on the block, making the spot hot like some ratchet ass, project bitch. She was my wife, which meant she represented me and she didn’t have any business stepping to Neicy. She needed to grow up. We weren’t kids anymore.

“Damn, Toshi done shut the block down, I see,” Killz chuckled, as if the shit was funny. I guess he was just happy that the spotlight wasn’t on him. He stayed getting into trouble with his old lady.

We were chilling at Rain, having drinks. I wasn’t trying to go home and deal with the bullshit, and he was already out, so I met him here. Besides, Al and Black said that they may swing by as well. I really wanted to ride down on Neicy and kick it with her, but she sent me this nasty ass text that had me thinking otherwise. She was so flip at the lip, but she wasn’t fooling anybody. I peeped that she was feeling me and once I got her alone to talk, I knew it would be a different story.

“Man, what! Toshi crazy in real life. Her mind is bad.” I shook my head, looking around the bar for a waitress. They all were busy waiting on other patrons. I needed another shot like right now. I knew that I was going through it, because a bunch of naked, big booty women surrounded me and I wasn’t paying them any mind. “Hold up Killz, I’m about to go to the bar and get a drink,” I muttered, hopping up and heading toward the bar. I didn’t want to sit up talking about my problems. I’d handle them when I got home and I knew that Toshi was going to go ham and cheese with a side of red Kool-Aid.

“Don’t get too fucked up, my guy. You know you got to drive home,” he called over my shoulder, but it went in one ear and right out of the other.

I placed my order and stood there looking around the club. It was just after eleven and the crowd was already thick with half-naked women, and clowns competing for the biggest baller title.
