Method:

Grease the inner pot of Instant Pot with cooking spray.

With a meat mallet, pound the beef steak into even thickness.

Season the steak with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the salsa, tomato sauce and hot pepper sauce.

In the greased pot, place the steak and top with salsa mixture.

Lock the lid and adjust the steam valve to “Seal” position.

Select the slow cooker setting and then, set to “Medium” for 8-10 hours.

Remove the lid and serve hot with the sprinkling of cheese.
