Blair duQuesnay, CFA, CFP® is an investment advisor at Ritholtz Wealth Management. She works with the firm’s clients to create sustainable financial plans and investment strategies, and she is a member of the firm’s investment committee.

Blair is an active contributor and commenter on the financial services industry. She is the author of The New York Times opinion piece, “Consider Firing Your Male Broker” in January 2019. She has been featured or quoted in publications including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, InvestmentNews, Morningstar Advisor Magazine, and Business Insider. She has featured as a speaker and panelist at the CFA Annual Conference, Morningstar Investment Conference, and the CFA Wealth Management Conference.

Blair is a CFA Charterholder and has been a member of the CFA Society of Louisiana since 2011, and a member of the society’s board since 2014. Blair was the President of the CFA Society of Louisiana in 2016–2017.

Blair and her husband live in New Orleans with their two young children.
