Dinner guests will get their coffee fix in a sculpted, personal mold topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes one 4-cup gelatin mold or 5 to 8 individual molds

2 tablespoons (2 envelopes) unflavored gelatin powder

½ cup cold water

1½ cups boiling strong coffee

1¼ cups (14-ounce can) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup Kahlúa

Whipped cream, for garnish

Dark chocolate shavings, for garnish
