Ingredients

2/3 cup milk

3 celery rib

3 cans of chicken broth

2 medium zucchini

3 cups roast turkey

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon sage plus ¼ teaspoon marjoram

1-2/3 cups baking mix

Directions

1. Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray

2. Leave the zucchini and celery to cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat

3. Stir in the marjoram, sage, turkey, and broth

4. Boil and then leave to simmer

5. Make the dumplings by mixing the milk and baking mix into a dough

6. Drop-in tablespoons into the simmering liquid

7. Cook for about 15 minutes
