Heat oil in a large skillet, over medium heat. Season your chicken to taste, then roll the chicken pieces in your flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs, so that they are evenly coated. Once coated, carefully place your chicken pieces in the heated oil (about 3 or 4 at a time, depending on the size of your skillet). Allow to cook until golden brown in appearance and no longer pink on the inside (the juices from the chicken should run clear, and the chicken should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Drain excess oil on a paper towel, then serve.
