Chermoula can be used in so many ways. It can be brushed onto a halved aubergine before grilling. Meat eaters could mix some chermoula with yoghurt and use it to marinate a chicken before roasting. It also works really well smeared over a salmon fillet before baking. Try thinning it down with a little extra-virgin olive oil and use it to dress a salad.
