15. The electrical human chain

Also the following experiment is very instructive. Several people are required. Two persons take one wire end into their hands. As long as the persons do not touch each other, the LED remains dark.

But a soon as the participants touch each others hands, the electric circuit look will be closed and the LED lights up. The game can be extended to several people. As long as the human chain is closed, the LED lights up. If it is opened at any point, the LED will go dark again.
