Once in the yoga studio Delilah inhaled deeply. She followed the instructions of the French teacher who attempted to teach the class bilingually. He walked around in a black Speedo and had long flowing hair. He helped Delilah get into the difficult poses, which she was very grateful for.
Her body loosened up and grew supple. Because of her professional dance background her flexibility, strength and grace were much more advanced than many of the other practitioners.
The instructor smiled at her when she exemplified her skills, as he walked by. Once the class ended she graciously thanked the instructor and scurried to the shower to prepare to go to the dance studio.
