Ingredients and Quantity
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup keto honey mustard dressing divided
2 tbsp. olive oil
Direction
Join the chook and 1/2 degree of the nectar mustard dressing in a bowl and hurl the chicken, covering it within the dressing.
Let marinate within the fridge for 60 minutes, or so long as 24 hours.
Preheat the stove to 350 F.
Warmth the olive oil in a big stove-proof skillet over medium-high warm temperature.
When the skillet is hot, include the chook, and dish singe, sautéing on the two sides. Around 3 to 4 minutes on each facet.
Pour the staying nectar mustard dressing over the chicken.
Move the skillet to the broiler and heat for 20 minutes or until the fowl is cooked properly. Serve and enjoy!
