Steak and Cheese Potato Hash

This recipe takes about 5 minutes required for full prep and 30 minutes required for proper cooking for a total time of 35 minutes. It will make 4-6 servings.

Items Needed:

Grill (though your skillet can work in a pinch)

Skillet

Mixing bowl

Cutting board

Heat-resistant gloves or tongs

2 lbs. of beef cuts of your choice (strip, rib eye, or whole eye fillet work best)

26 oz. of Yukon Gold potatoes

½ c butter

¼ c shredded cheddar cheese

¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ c diced onion

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

½ tsp. garlic powder
