Likewise sometimes confusion exists because it seems that healing comes in parts and portions over a period of time rather than completely in one situation. Of course, God is not giving healing in parts. Complete healing is already ours in Christ. We are simply receiving in parts and portions as our faith allows. We receive according to our faith. If we have faith for a little, that is what we receive. If we have great faith, then we get a great miracle.

Christ ministered to a blind man and the man received a partial healing of his blindness and then after Christ ministered to him a second time, the blindness was completely healed.[viii] The man received in parts but not because Christ was giving in parts. The will of God was for the man to be completely healed but he was only able to receive a portion by faith. The man received a portion of his healing at first. That experience shined light on the shadow of his doubts as well as his eyes. Once he had received this first portion, he was able to believe for the rest of his healing as Christ ministered to him a second time.
