Qwess turned that song off and made a note on the mixing board. Then he queued up another track from Lisa. This track was a ballad. As soon as it began, Qwess became excited all over again. He loved to hear his wife showcase her vocal skills. He felt she had one of the best voices in the history of music, sort of like a Patti LaBelle and Whitney Houston combined—powerful and sultry.
