Based on this result, the author fabricated an array of microholes with diameter of less than 10 μm using spherical shaped electrode with conical tip as shown in Fig. 6.3. A 3D structure with planes as shown in Fig. 6.4a and three microholes with no taper as shown in Fig. 6.4b were also fabricated.
