Not only are the approaches to learning, talent development and building workforce capability changing, but our understanding of learning fundamentals and how people learn is improving almost every day.

Cognitive science – through input from studies in neuroscience, psychology, linguistics and anthropology - is shedding light on how we learn best.

As a result of this new understanding, we are able to be far more effective in creating environments that are conducive for learning to happen within our organisations. Almost inevitably, these new environments are linked with experiential learning (the ‘70’) and social learning (the ‘20’).
