CROMWELL. Speaker Lenthall.

LENTHALL. I am pleased to serve.

CROMWELL. No, you will be speaking for me.
A pause.
LENTHALL. Yes, General.
LENTHALL exits.
CROMWELL. Lord, is Your power in my hand? Do I still hold Your sword, to make peace?
