Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

This is a great smoothie recipe to put together during the fall holidays. It is exceptionally tasty if you are looking for a smoothie that contains a bit of an extra kick.

Yield: 1 Glass

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

List of Ingredients:

1 Cup of Yogurt, Low in Fat and Vanilla Flavored

¾ Cup of Pumpkin, Chilled

½ Cup of Ice Cubes, Crushed

1/3 Cup of Orange Juice, Fresh Preferable

1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar, Light and Packed

½ teaspoons of Cinnamon, Ground

1/8 teaspoons of Nutmeg, Ground

Dash of Cloves, Ground

1 Banana, Ripe and Cut Into Small Pieces

Dash of Cinnamon, Ground and Optional
