Who Created It?

No one really knows "where" it came from. After all, like I said, it's simply just a form of doodling that became popular--stuff we've all been doing for years, but with more focus. I have a suspicion that the term Zendoodle stemmed from the fact that there was a lot of confusion about the Zentangle brand (which is copyrighted by Rick Roberts & Maria Thomas) and its uses--as such Zendoodle was born!
