Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 7.5” x 3.5” loaf pan and set aside.

In a food processor or blender, combine the bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey, and shortening. Add the almond flour, salt, and baking soda; pulse to combine.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes. Allow the bread to cool before removing it from the pan.
