If you are having trouble writing, mimic Kevin’s section, even seeking to mirror what he does in each sentence.

If you rethought your arguments significantly (e.g., restating fundamental aspects of your argument or changing which school you were pursuing), you must make the appropriate changes in your Literature Review so that your sections will be consistent.

Congratulate yourself for your accomplishment when you have either a thesis broken into its subparts that looks like Hannah’s or a written M&H section that looks like Kevin’s and accomplishes what his does. If your thesis and constituent parts don’t seem like a good guide for your future work or if your M&H section doesn’t resemble the example above—for instance, it has no heading, is one sentence or two pages long, and has a model that is not arranged nicely on the page—then you have more work to do. If you don’t know what to do to make improvements, then this is a good time to consult with your faculty member to get some well-deserved help.
