Later that night, I’m lying in bed, but not sleeping. It’s familiar to me by now, after all the sleepless nights I’ve spent in this house. I’m used to how it creaks and settles as the night wears on, and the sounds of crickets and other nighttime creatures making their noises outside the window.

At least this time my brain isn’t consumed with thoughts of revenge and loss and hurt. Instead I’m thinking about everything that happened earlier today.

It’s still fucking mind-blowing when I think about it. Rory and Levi both touching me, both kissing me. The way they passed me back and forth and then squeezed me in between the pair of them, making me feel needier and more turned on than I think I ever have.

It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Sex with each of these guys has always been more intense than any of my previous encounters, honestly.

But having both of them at the same time?

That was something else entirely. A whole new level.

Lying here in bed, I can still feel their hands on me and the phantom touches of their mouths on my most sensitive areas.

It’s a lot to keep replaying in my mind, and it also opens up a whole new world of questions about what all of this means. Rory and Levi have always been the more easygoing ones, so I’m not that surprised by their willingness to share and make peace with each other—but then, of course, there’s Sloan.

Sloan, who basically started the whole thing by goading them and trying to prove a point that backfired in his face. I can’t forget the look in his eyes and the way he was gripping his cock so hard as he stood there watching.

His face was stormy, dozens of emotions passing through his eyes, like he was trying to shove everything back into a neat little box and he couldn’t.

That’s surprising, because out of all of them, Sloan always seems to be the best at compartmentalizing and keeping his feelings separate. Sometimes it boils over, but then he’s right back to the usual, keeping his face smooth and impassive or just hiding behind his anger.

This time, it was clear that he felt out of control, and I can’t decide if it was because he wished he could join us or because he was just jealous. Or some combination of the two. It wouldn’t surprise me with Sloan.

I toss and turn for another hour or so, but every time I close my eyes, my brain hits me with a loop of this afternoon. Sloan’s face, Rory and Levi’s hands, the feeling of orgasms crashing through me. And on top of it all, the question of what happens now.

Finally, I give up on sleeping and push the blanket back so I can slide out of bed. I consider going downstairs to turn the TV on or getting a drink of water, but my feet lead me to where I really want to go, so I end up heading down the hall to Sloan’s room.
