Understand Personality Styles

Several personality tests have emerged in recent years, all offering insights into yourself and others around you. Two frequently used tests are the Gregorc Style Delineator and the True Colors Test. Both offer exceptional tools and more or less come to the same conclusions about the different personality styles. What I would like to do here is summarize the findings of these tests into a simple-to-understand way. Identifying your personality is important, but more important is what to do with that information. You need to know your style and the style of others. This is so you can learn how to work effectively with the different styles, and most importantly, learn how to stretch your style to adapt to those different styles. Let’s begin.
