CHAPTER 6

Phillip paced the floor, trying to figure out what to do. Since Aja had been home, he was definitely missing out on the play time he was having in her absence. He walked back and forth, torn over the thoughts that were racing through his mind. It had been two weeks since he last saw Bree. He knew she didn’t want anything to do with him after the day he blew up on her. He couldn’t believe he had sunk so low, but after the molly he had took kicked in, he went into a rage that he couldn’t control. He had never put his hands on a woman before and he could figure out what had come over him.

He had hurt the one person who knew how to give him what he wanted, and now he didn’t know which way to turn. Bree and her home girl Shonna had awaken something in him and he needed to get that feeling back.

Phillip picked up his phone and made another call to try and smooth things over with Bree. He scrolled down to Pet in his contacts and hit dial. The phone went straight to voicemail. Phillip didn’t bother to leave a message, instead he quickly hung up and hit dial again. This time there was an answer.

“The fuck you keep calling my phone for!” Bree yelled.

“Bree, please, hear me out. I didn’t mean it.” Phillip pleaded.

“You didn’t mean it? Nigga, you drug me out your house, choked me, slapped me, how in the hell you didn’t mean all of that.” Bree spat angrily.

“Please, Bree, please. I’m so sorry. Let me make it up to you. You know I was fucked up on that molly. That ain’t me,” he continued.

“It ain’t you? All the damn scraps and shit just healed from my body. I just got rid of all the bruises.” Bree spoke a little softer now.

“Well, let’s meet at our spot and let Daddy make it all better,” he said smoothly realizing her anger had abated.

“I don’t know about all of that. Last time we was alone, you could have killed me. I’m not fucking with you while you taking that mess.” Bree said.

“Well, don’t come alone, bring Daddy and nice gift. You know the one I like.” Phillip coerced.

“Yeah, I know the one you like; hell, I’m the one who introduced you to that. I guess I didn’t realize how much you would like it.” Bree snickered.

“I’m gonna let that one slide, but game on and you know how you’re to speak to me.” Phillip reminded.

“Yes Daddy. I’ll be at our place soon, Daddy. When would you like me there?” Bree asked.

“That’s my good girl. I’ll see you in an hour. I don’t want to get there and you’re not there with my gift.” Phillip instructed.

“Yes Daddy. I can’t wait to give you just what you’ve been missing.” Bree said.

Phillip hung up the phone without saying anything else, excited that he was finally about to get the one thing he had been craving.
