As a first step, you must cleanse yourself, your surrounding and find a quiet corner to sit and meditate. Now visualize a bright ball of light to originate from your heart region and exit through your head. Imagine it to surround you and create a strong force field around you.

Now say out these words loudly- “I surround myself with a shield of protection. I am safe within my space.” Lastly, ask your gods to protect you and also thank them for their presence.
