Chapter Fifteen

Drina had absolutely had it with her so-called ‘daddies.’ They were going to spank her again, because she had wanted a moment to think about the bra and the frightening straitjacket. Her ass had felt the lingering effects of the bath brush all afternoon, and she had fidgeted all through dinner on the hard cafeteria bench. Without panties on it had felt very distracting, and it had made her think about her breasts, too, over and over, even though it seemed none of the mean girls had noticed that, yes, her nipples tented the heavy fabric covering her breasts.

The dilemma of what it would mean to have a bra, though, had occupied her thoughts over and over, and she couldn’t decide how she felt. The mean girls would be mean either way—she knew that—but, well, she started to understand, underwear meant something to her, something about her.

To a New Modesty girl, a bra meant being an adult, and acting like an adult. When a girl’s breasts got big enough that she needed a bra to keep them supported and under control, she had grown up enough for... other things. Other responsibilities and other duties. An adult and a good girl were kind of the same thing, weren’t they?

The sight of the pink straitjacket had made Drina realize that for her, at least, things had a good deal more complexity than that. Her idea of herself as a good girl—as a young woman who wanted to do the right thing even if society didn’t always agree with her about what constituted the right thing—had fallen into pieces. These ‘daddies’ meant to convince her she would learn to be a responsible adult by obeying them and putting on the terrible restraint, and they meant to persuade her that she herself would learn to want to obey them. That she would accept their ideas about her behavior and see her theft as a crime.

Well, it was bullshit, and though her ass still hurt a little from the bath brush she would let them spank her as long as they wanted. She would show them that an adult didn’t have to accept the judgment of three men so full of themselves they had decided to call themselves her daddies. She didn’t struggle over Quint’s lap, or against Brian’s holding her wrists.

But her lead ‘daddy’ didn’t bring his hand down on her ass-cheeks, the way she thought.

Daddy Aaron—Drina could see him out of the corner of her eye, behind her—stooped down and seemed to reach under Daddy Quint’s thigh, and she felt her uniform pants pulled all the way off. That made her cry out and struggle, even though she had resolved a moment before not to struggle at all as they punished her.

“Hush, sweetheart,” Daddy Quint said—and now Drina realized she had started thinking of them as her daddies again, despite everything. She felt his hand on her back, rubbing gently, and then she felt Daddy Brian release her wrists for just a moment and pull the pink top off despite her best efforts to writhe away.
