Combine the lemon juice and broccoli in your Instant Pot and canopy with water.

Seal the lid, and cook for two minutes on Manual at High. unleash the pressure quickly, and transfer to a plate.

Discard the liquid and clean the pot.

Heat 2 tbsp. of oil on Sauté. Add red pepper flakes and cook for a few minute.

Add broccoli and cook for one minute uncovered; then remover to a bowl. during a food processor, pulse blue cheese, nutmeg, whipping cream, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper till smooth. Pour over broccoli and serve.
