Season the meat with salt.

Take your Instant Pot and place over dry kitchen surface; open its top lid and switch it on.

Add the meat and stock in the cooking pot. Stir the ingredients to combine well.

Close its top lid and make sure that its valve it closed to avoid spillage.

Press “MANUAL”. Adjust the timer to 30 minutes.

Pressure will slowly build up; let the added ingredients to cook until the timer indicates zero.

Press “CANCEL”. Now press “NPR” for natural release pressure. Instant Pot will gradually release pressure for about 8-10 minutes.

Take out the meat; using a knife, shred it.

Add the shredded meat in the pot, add the bacon and mushrooms; gently stir to combine.

Press “MANUAL”. Adjust the timer to 7 minutes.

Pressure will slowly build up; let the added ingredients to cook until the timer indicates zero.

Press “CANCEL”. Now press “QPR” to quickly release pressure.

Open the top lid, transfer the cooked recipe in serving plates.

Serve the recipe warm.
