Cinnamon Almond Protein Pancakes

(Prep Time: 5 MIN| Cook Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese

• 4 medium eggs

• Whites of four years medium eggs

• 1½ tsp baking powder

• Pinch kosher salt

• cup coconut flour

• 1 tsp almond essence

• cup almond milk (unsweetened)

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Add all pancake ingredients which has a food blender and blitz for 40-50 seconds until smooth and lump-free.

Spritz a skillet with nonstick spray as well as set over moderately high heat.

A little at the same time ladle the batter in the skillet. Cook before mixture bubbles and becomes firm with all the edges, flip and cook for just two-3 minutes. Remove the cooked pancake from your pan and repeat a similar process with all the remaining batter.

Enjoy warm.
