Weight Watchers Zero Points Plus Apple Herb Salad

1 Cabbage, Medium White Shredded

1 Cup Onion, Chopped Fine

1 Cup Parsley, Chopped Fine

1/2 Cup Watercress, Chopped Fine

1/2 Cup Chives, Chopped Fine

1 Grapefruit, Peeled Seeded Sectioned

2 Apples, Cored Chopped

3 Tablespoons Vinegar, Herbed

1 Cup Pineapple, Chunks

Salt And Pepper To Taste

Lemon Juice

Mix all the ingredients, except the lemon juice, well in a large salad bowl; season to taste. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and chill.
