Included below are some amplified sections of Scripture for assistance.

Matthew 24In order to understand the more appropriate gist of Matthew 24, I’ve amplified this section of Scripture. Many people are ignorant of the fact that all of the OT Scriptures as well as “the four gospels” (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) was given to the people of Israel. The Gentiles must not forget that these scriptures which they possess are borrowed from the Israelites; these scriptures are actually “the property” of the Israelites. Thus, in almost all instances where the words “you,” “we,” or similar common pronouns are used, they refer either to Israel or Israelites, and not Gentiles. For example, many Gentile Christian churchgoers “believe” that 2 Chronicles 7:14 refers to them or their Gentile country. This is in fact wrong; the text refers to Israel as the God of Israel addressed Solomon—and this text was mainly appropriate during the times of the OT Kings.

Matthew 24 deals with the GTP—with the emphasis on Israel and Israelites during this time. One key pointer that substantiates this fact; that Matthew 24 focuses on the GTP is verse 15. Verse 15 speaks of the “abomination that causes desolation”—the person who causes the abomination (desecration) of God’s holy temple in Jerusalem. Now it can’t be Antiochus IV of Seleucia because he reigned between 175 BC to 164 BC, and this statement (verse 15) was made during the latter part of Jesus’s earthly ministry–probably a few weeks before his crucifixion in 29 AD. It can’t be the Roman general–Titus, because he burnt the Temple (Herod’s temple) down during 70 AD and certainly did not declare himself to be “Epiphanes” (God manifest) in the Holy of Holies of the Temple before torching it; because if he did so, he would have insulted Caesar in Rome by placing himself either on an equal footing or above Caesar. So the only candidate left for this “prestigious position” is the Seventh Head (the first beast of Revelation 13). It should be noted that Jesus himself was offered this position by Satan, but refused the offer. Jesus reminded Satan at the time, that there was a God who was a lot more powerful than Satan; refer to Matthew 4:8–10.

The amplification of Matthew 24 (in the KJV) follows:

1And Jesus went out, and departed from the Temple: and his disciples came to him (as he was leaving the Temple precincts) for to shew (discuss with) him the buildings of the Temple (all within the precincts of the Temple compound, including the perimeter walling of the compound).

2And Jesus said unto them (as they were departing from the Temple courtyard—in keeping with the disciples’ statements); See ye not all these things (all these buildings, walling and furnishings)? Verily (truly) I say unto you (disciples): There shall not be left here (in this vicinity) one stone (hewn building block) upon another, that shall not be thrown down (by some means, including earthquakes).

3And as he (arrived and) sat upon the Mount of Olives, the
