Proposition 2B: Investors are risk averse in cases of gain but risk takers in cases of loss

To some extent, this proposition has already been confirmed by the results of the previous proposition. In addition, the research has adopted two questions from the studies of Tversky and Kahneman (1979) with the aim to produce tangible examples of risk-taking decisions. The questions will also serve to determine whether the respondents are more likely to show tendencies of risk aversion or to loss aversion. Similar examples were also replicated by Rabin (1998) with same results.
