Muriel Girard

has a PhD in sociology and is Associate Professor of Social and Human Sciences at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille (ENSA-M) and a member of INAMA research laboratory (INvestigations sur l’histoire et l’Actualité des Mutations Architecturales, ENSA-M). Her research focuses on heritage and memory processes, handicraft and urban dynamics in cities of the Maghreb and the Middle East.
