Stabilizing at Stage Four

IDEO, CB Richard Ellis’s Private Client Group, and She Beads are three remarkable organizations in that they are stable at Stage Four and sometimes float into Stage Five.

Most of the corporate tribes we studied only had moments of Stage Four before falling back to Stage Three. Part II of this book gives the three keys we found to corporate tribes stabilizing at the “we’re great” zone of Tribal Leadership. Only groups at Stage Four can move forward to the last and most effective stage.
