Chapter Six

Kieran reached over to snag his jeans and quickly dug out his wallet. Thank goodness for being prepared. Fishing out the condom, he caught her gaze. “You’re sure about this?”

“More than anything.”

No other answer could have pleased him more.

Rolling it on, Kieran was torn between sinking into her immediately and drawing out the pleasure.

Lily made up his mind for him when she gripped his hips and dragged him down to her. Obviously, she was in no mood to wait either.

As much as he wanted to, Kieran had a spark of inspiration.

“Not yet.”

Her scowl made her all the more endearing. He sincerely hoped that this would be the beginning of a long relationship.

He gave her a mollifying wink before easing her over and tugging her back so that she was on her hands and knees.

“Hands on the wall, Doctor. Don’t move them. I want to show you what else touch can do.”

Lily peeked over her shoulder at him, but there was no reticence in her expression. Only pure lust.

Kieran waggled his eyebrows. This was going to be good. Lily being into it would make it so much better.

She pressed her palms flat against the wall and closed her eyes as she waited.

He let her squirm.

Lily held her breath as she anticipated Kieran’s next move. So far, their encounter was far out of the norm for her. Usually whenever she had sex it was to relieve stress. Sure, there was always some attraction. There had to be for her to even contemplate engaging with someone. But what she experienced now with Kieran was something else entirely. It was like she was alive for the first time. All her senses were heightened, especially her sense of touch, thanks to Kieran.

But if he didn’t do something soon, she was going to scream.

Tension thrummed through her body until she trembled from head to toe with it.

And yet he did nothing.

From the ragged sound of his breathing, he was just as keyed up as she. So why wasn’t he doing anything about it?

Lily was about to look over her shoulder at him to demand he touch her, fuck her, do something, anything, when she felt it. The heat of his breath on the base of her spine. Just a split second before his lips caressed the same spot oh so gently.

The glancing touch sent skitters of awareness along her already jangled nerve endings. For a breath there was nothing, then the brush of his fingers from the side of her breast, over her ribs, and down her side to disappear from her skin at her waist.

Then, out of nowhere, his hand came down on her ass in a stinging slap that brought tears to her eyes. The pain was quickly swept away by a soothing caress of his hand, only for her other cheek to burn when his hand collided with it.

Over and over again, he soothed and tortured. All the while Lily was getting wetter and more desperate to get him inside her.

The ache deep within her was getting to be unbearable.
