2 fresh pears
1 cup mixed nuts
¼ cup dried fruit, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons raisins
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
I. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
II. Wash the pears and dry them off with a paper towel. Cut into halves and core them.
III. In a small bowl, mix the nuts, dried fruit, raisins, honey, and vanilla sugar.
IV. Arrange the pear halves on a baking sheet and generously add the nut-and-dried-fruit mixture into the hollows where the cores had been, loosely cover the pears with foil, and bake for about 20 minutes.
