Black beans – 4 cups

Salsa – 2 cups

Oil – 2 tablespoons

Cod (chopped) – 1 lb..

Avocados (diced) – 2

Cheese to garnish

How to Cook:

1. Add oil and black beans in the pan.

2. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

3. Mix salsa and avocados with cod.

4. Cook for another 10 minutes.

5. When done, garnish with shredded cheese and enjoy!
