Salmon Sticks

It is easy to make these sticks. You do not need many ingredients to prepare them. You can cut each fillet into strips and apply pepper and salt to them. Whisk the egg. Then dip the strips in the egg and breadcrumbs. Bake them and serve.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 12 pieces

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1 egg

4 oz breadcrumbs

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1 oz canola oil

Procedure

Cut each fillet into 3-strips.

Apply pepper and salt to each strip.

Whisk one egg.

Keep the breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Dip each strip in egg and the breadcrumbs.

Grease a baking sheet.

Put the coated strips on it.

Bake at a temperature of 350o F for 20 minutes.
