Combine broth, mushrooms and chicken in a pot over medium heat.

6–8 cups (1410–1880 ml) Slow Cooker Chicken Broth (here)

1 tsp (3 g) sea salt

1 tsp (3 g) pepper

6 ounces (168 g) tomato paste

3 cups (90 g) fresh baby spinach
