Cheesy Taco Bites

Servings: 12 Servings

Cooking Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Packaged Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder

2 Tablespoons of Cumin

1 Teaspoon of Salt

8 Teaspoons of coconut cream for garnishing

Use Pico de Gallo for garnishing as well

Directions:

Preheat your oven to a temperature of about 350 F.

Over a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper, place 1 tablespoon piles of cheese and make sure to a space of 2 inches between each.

Place the baking sheet in your oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the cheese cool down for about 1 minute; then carefully lift up and press each into the cups of a mini muffin tin.

Make sure to press the edges of the cheese to form the shape of muffins mini.

Let the cheese cool completely; then remove it.

While you continue to bake the cheese and create your cups.

Fill the cheese cups with the coconut cream, then top with the Pico de Gallo.

Serve and enjoy your delicious snack!
