Believing ‘I can’t say “no”’ doesn’t serve me because: 1) it keeps me stuck in projects I don’t like; 2) it makes me anxious because I’m not true to myself; 3) it stops me from suggesting alternatives that might work for others as well as me.

Question 3: Do you choose to believe it? (yes/no – either is fine)

No. I can see that the belief is blocking me for the wrong reasons!
