4. Align one white piece with the inner flat edges of one wedge, and wrap the white piece around, leaving the rounded side uncovered. Trim any excess clay.

5. Align an adjoining wedge of yellow as shown. The white clay should separate the two pieces, just as the membrane in a real lemon separates each wedge of pulp. Add a third wedge to form a semicircle.

6. Repeat step 5 with the second half of your pulp segments. Add the remaining sheet of white clay on the face of the second semicircle, so there is pith separating all six wedges.
