There are many experts in the area of CSR, sustainability and related communications disciplines. You could group them into academic experts and practitioners, who are mostly consultants or spokespeople of ‘think-tanks’. Some of the practitioners have previously worked in sustainability functions in larger companies and corporations. In this chapter, we attempt to provide a ‘bigger picture’ and to focus closely on some key topics, among them in particular sustainability reporting.
