Chapter 5

Vidar sat on the bed in his tuxedo watching Fallon breathe in her sleep. He stretched out his fingers and lightly stroked her soft pale cheek. Her face was tear stained. He bent his head feeling annoyed she had not reached out for him when she was upset, but what did he expect? The day at sea had passed quietly.
