Fold it in half once again along the center crease and press. Alternatively, use a ½" bias tape maker to make the strips. Then open out one long edge of the tape and with right sides together, pin it to the raw edge of the Sleeve on the underside of the tab.

Pin around the Sleeve until you reach the edge of the Sleeve on top of the cuff tab. Extend the tape ½" beyond and cut. Press under this cut end ½" and pin to the edge of the Sleeve. Stitch ½" from the edge of the Sleeve.

Trim the seam allowance slightly and press it toward the casing. Fold the casing up and over the neckline’s raw edge and position the fold just beyond the stitching line. Pin on the right side of the garment, with the pins centered under the seam. Stitch in the ditch (see page 84, Step 5) to secure it.
