Keto Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

cauliflower crust

free-range eggs

mozzarella cheese

pizza seasoning to taste

Directions

Beat 2 eggs until they’re well mixed.

Get your seasonings ready.

For this breakfast pizza, I used thinly sliced green olives , thinly sliced black olives , pepperoni cut in half, and cubes of mozzarella .

Heat some olive oil in a porcelain pan over medium heat. Add the egg, season with pizza seasoning and oregano, and cook until the eggs are about half-set.

Then add half the pepperoni, olives, and mozzarella, followed by another layer of the four ingredients.

Be sure to end with cheese so there’s some cheese on the top.

Cover the pan and cook 3-4 minutes, until the eggs are not quite completely set.

Place all of the above on the cauliflower crust and then…

Place in the toaster oven for about 4 minutes.

Delicious! Pizza for breakfast!
