Trace Minerals Nightcap Shot
Do you get your trace minerals? Our bodies need tiny amounts of minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium, fluoride, chromium, copper, iodine, and magnesium on a daily basis. A versatile and healthy diet can and often does contain most of these minerals, but then again, how often do we have days when life happens and we can’t prioritize complete, healthy meals? While getting your trace minerals from a natural food source is the best option, what’s most important is that you get them one way or another on a daily basis. Supplements are one way to get them, but my preferred method is in powder form so that your body can absorb it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
For the past three years, I’ve kept a bottle of Mezotrace in my cupboard, and every night, before bed, I make my soothing presleep nightcap. What I love about Mezotrace is that it tastes delicious when mixed with just a little nut milk. While taste buds can vary, I can say that my neighbor agrees, too. She not only loves it, but after taking this for a week, her splitting headaches disappeared. I’m not promising that Mezotrace is a cure-all, but if you’re low on your trace minerals, this can be a quick fix and an easy, healing drink to incorporate into your daily habits. You don’t have to stick with Mezotrace brand either. You can search other brands that offer these essential minerals in powdered form for your healing nightcap!
Ingredients:
½ teaspoon Mezotrace or your choice of powdered minerals
½ cup almond or cashew milk, or even water
Directions:
1. Mix until powder is dissolved, and drink.
