Instant Pot Quinoa Pilaf

Serves: 10

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter

• 2 tablespoons onion, chopped

• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

• 2 tablespoons chopped celery

• 2 cups quinoa, rinsed

• 2 cups chicken broth

• ¾ teaspoon garlic powder

• ¼ teaspoon paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

Press the Sauté button on the Instant Pot.

Melt the butter and sauté the onion, garlic, and celery until fragrant.

Add the quinoa, chicken broth, garlic, powder, and paprika.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Close the lid and press the Manual button.

Adjust the cooking time to 15 minutes

Do natural pressure release.

Garnish with parsley.

Once cooled, evenly divide into serving size, keep in your preferred container, and refrigerate until ready to eat.
